The new coffee table: Oil drum table “Nele”
A table like no other – unique, robust and stylish at the same time. The perfect eye-catcher in every room. Made from a used 200 liter metal barrel, it is not only solid but also sustainable. The table top and shelf inside the barrel are made from reworked pallet slats that are sanded, flamed and clear coated multiple times. An edge protection decorates all production edges and provides additional stability. Oil drum table “Nele” is available in different matt colors and the edges are accented with black, which gives it a wonderful retro look. The stable legs with rubber caps ensure a secure stand and make the table a durable piece of furniture.
If you need more space on your coffee table, we have something for you! You can optionally order a glass table top with the dimensions 70 x 110 cm and rounded corners. Simply place it on the non-slip edge protection and voilà – your coffee table will be even bigger and even more wonderful!
Logo branding: Another option is to provide the oil drum table with an individual logo. This makes it a unique advertising medium for companies or a personal gift for friends and family.
Matching barrel seating
Built in the same basic style as the oil drum table “Nele” is, for example, the oil drum armchair “Lou”, the small barrel sofa “Ella” and the large oil drum sofa “Jane”. Here you will also find an overview of all “Tonnen Tumult” oil drum furniture. The “Nele” oil drum table is an extraordinary piece of furniture that not only impresses with its robustness and sustainability, but also with its retro look and the possibility of personalization. A perfect piece of furniture for everyone who loves something special and values sustainability.
Here’s something else that’s important: The basic series, such as the oil barrel table “Nele”, are top-quality, but the look is intentionally not quite perfect! Why? Because these are upcycling products, i.e. former industrial goods that have now been converted into furniture. The barrels have a few small dents here and there under the new paint and the wooden boards show nail holes – that’s what makes this piece of furniture so charming! Even after processing, these mini flaws remain visible and contribute to the uniqueness.
