Payment and Shipping

Pay comfortable via PayPal or bank transfer in advance. Cash payment is also possible for self-collection. The preparation for dispatch begins immediately after receipt of payment and the goods that are in stock will usually reach you within a week. EU shipment outside of Germany take one to two weeks. Products with branding take correspondingly longer.

Depending on the size of the product and the volume of the order, we ship either by parcel service or by freight forwarding. The Tonnen Tumult products are well packed and usually delivered in solid cardboard boxes. Larger furniture / orders are on pallet/s. The delivery is usually made to the curbside, for the transport to the apartment or to the planned installation site is then the customer himself responsible. Pick-up by yourself is possible, but an appointment must be made as our shop is not permanently manned.

Showroom open! In addition to the mail-order business, there is now the ‘Tonnen Tumult’ oildrum store with direct sales in the center of Mönchengladbach in the passage from Marienhof to Hindenburgstrasse. All current furniture and room decoration on 200 square meters of exhibition space – come by and be amazed!
