Payment and Shipping

Pay comfortable via PayPal or bank transfer in advance. Cash payment is not possible. The preparation for dispatch begins immediately after receipt of payment and the goods that are in stock will usually reach you within a week. EU shipment outside of Germany take one to two weeks. Products with branding take correspondingly longer.

Depending on the size of the product and the volume of the order, we ship either by parcel service or by freight forwarding. The Tonnen Tumult products are well packed and usually delivered in solid cardboard boxes. Larger furniture / orders are on pallet/s. The delivery is usually made to the curbside, for the transport to the apartment or to the planned installation site is then the customer himself responsible. Pick-up by yourself is possible, but an appointment must be made as our shop is not permanently manned.

Self-collection is possible. Order here in the shop and select self-collection in the shopping cart. Once payment has been received, we will arrange a collection date on weekdays, as our warehouse is rarely occupied. Unfortunately, collections on weekends are not possible.

We don’t have a showroom and therefore unfortunately no pieces of furniture to view. As a purely online retailer, the products in the warehouse are well packaged and stored on the high shelf. Please understand that we cannot open the boxes. Feel free to order and then take your time to look at your piece of furniture at home. Of course, we will take our products back if you don’t like it.
