A Unique Oil Drum Magnetic Board
The Oil Drum Magnetic Board “Cut” turns a used 200 litre oil drum into a unique piece of wall decor. It combines practical everyday use with an authentic industrial look.
A section of the original oil drum forms the basis of the magnetic board. The long side is carefully cut out, professionally finished and repainted. Its curved shape creates a striking three dimensional effect.
The board stands slightly away from the wall. As a result, it looks as though part of the original oil drum has disappeared into the wall.
With a size of 40 x 60 cm, the magnetic board offers plenty of space for notes, photos, shopping lists and reminders. It works well in the kitchen, living room or home office. The board also makes a great addition to a bedroom, teenager’s room or creative workspace.
An integrated wall mounting is welded to the back. This allows the board to be securely attached to the wall. The cut edge also features black edge protection for a clean finish.
Magnets are not included.
Industrial Wall Decor with Character
The Oil Drum Magnetic Board is more than a practical memo board. Its curved metal surface gives it a distinctive industrial character. At the same time, the simple shape allows it to fit into many different interiors.
Choose from several colors to find the right look for your space. You can also combine multiple boards to create an individual wall installation.
Several magnetic boards can be arranged next to each other or placed in a creative composition. This creates an eye catching feature wall with a strong industrial feel.
Made from a Repurposed Oil Drum
Like all products from Tonnen Tumult, the Oil Drum Magnetic Board is created through upcycling. The oil drums were previously used in industry. They are then carefully transformed by hand into new furniture and home accessories.
Small dents and subtle irregularities may remain visible after repainting. These traces are part of the original material and are intentionally preserved. They give each board its authentic retro industrial character.
As a result, every Oil Drum Magnetic Board is unique. Each piece carries the history and character of its original material into your home.
